【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofglass-fibrewoundresinorvarnishimpregnated,bare,grade1orgrade2enamelledroundcopperwindingwire,temperatureindex180.Theimpregnatingagentcanbe,forinstance,polyesterorpolyesterimideresinbased.NOTE-Forthistypeofwire,theheatshocktestisinappropriateandthereforeaheatshocktemperaturecannotbeestablished.Consequently,aclassbasedontherequirementsfortemperatureindexandheatshocktemperaturecannotbespecified.Theenamelledwireshouldbebasedononeofthefollowingstandardsandshouldbeagreedbetweenpurchaserandsupplier:IEC60317-8;IEC60317-13orIEC60317-46.Thetemperatureindexofthewireisdependentuponthetypeofimpregnatingagentused.Theimpregnatingagentappliedtotheglassfibreshouldhaveaminimumtemperatureindexof180.Theglass-fibrecoveringmaybea)asinglelayerofglassfibre;b)adoublelayerofglassfibre,withonelayerappliedinthedirectionoppositetothatoftheotherlayer.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis-forbarecoveredwires(gradeG2):0,500mmuptoandincluding5,000mm;-forgrade1enamelledwires(grades1G1and1G2):0,500mmuptoandincluding1,600mm;-forgrade2enamelledwires(grades2G1and2G2):0,500mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofthefutureIEC60317-0-6.
