【摘要】:1ThispartofISO1873establishesasystemofdesignationforpolypropylene(PP)thermoplasticmaterial,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2Thetypesofpolypropyleneplasticsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)tensilemodulusofelasticityb)impactstrengthc)meltmass-flowrate(MFR)andoninformationaboutbasicpolymerparameters,intendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additives,colorants,fillersandreinforcingmaterials.3ThispartofISO1873isapplicabletoallpropylenehomopolymersandtocopolymersofpropylenewithacontentofother1-olefinsoflessthan50%(m/m),aswellasblendsofpolymerscontainingatleast50%(m/m)ofaforementionedpolymers.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluseintheformofpowder,granulesorpelletsandtomaterialsunmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.ThispartofISO1873doesnotapplytopropylene-basedrubber.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperform-ance.ThispartofISO1873doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(seeclause3,introductoryparagraph).

【摘要】:ThistestmethodprovidesstandardproceduresforexperimentallydeterminingtheeffectiveelasticparameterforX-raydiffractionmeasurementofresidualandappliedstresses.Italsoprovidesastandardmeansofreportingtheprecisionoftheparameter.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoanycrystallinematerialwhichexhibitsalinearrelationshipbetweenstressandstrainintheelasticrange.ThistestmethodshouldbeusedwheneverresidualstressesaretobeevaluatedbyanX-raydiffractiontechniqueandtheeffectiveelasticparameterofthematerialisunknown.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforexperimentallydeterminingtheeffectiveelasticparameter,Eeff,fortheevaluationofresidualandappliedstressesbyX-raydiffractiontechniques.Theeffectiveelasticparameterrelatesmacroscopicstresstothestrainmeasuredinaparticularcrystallographicdirectioninpolycrystallinesamples.EeffshouldnotbeconfusedwithE,themodulusofelasticity.Rather,itisnominallyequivalenttoE/(1+957;)fortheparticularcrystallographicdirection,where957;isPoisson'sratio.Theeffectiveelasticparameterisinfluencedbyelasticanisotropyandpreferredorientationofthesamplematerial.1.2ThistestmethodisapplicabletoallX-raydiffractioninstrumentsintendedformeasurementsofmacroscopicresidualstressthatusemeasurementsofthepositionsofthediffractionpeaksinthehighback-reflectionregiontodeterminechangesinlatticespacing.1.3ThistestmethodisapplicabletoallX-raydiffractiontechniquesforresidualstressmeasurement,includingsingle,double,andmultipleexposuretechniques.1.4Thevaluesstatedininchpoundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
