【摘要】:AscanningRamanspectrometershouldbecheckedregularlytodetermineifitsconditionisadequateforroutinemeasurementsorifithaschanged.Thispracticeisdesignedtofacilitatethatdeterminationand,ifperformanceisunsatisfactory,toidentifythepartofthesystemthatneedsattention.Thesetestsapplyforsingle-,double-,ortriplemonochromatorscanningRamaninstrumentscommerciallyavailable.TheydonotapplyformultichannelorFouriertransforminstruments,orforgatedintegratorsystemsrequiringapulsedlasersource.Useofthispracticeisintendedonlyfortrainedopticalspectroscopistsandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithstandardtexts.1.1ThispracticecoversroutinetestingofscanningRamanspectrometerperformanceandtoassistinlocatingproblemswhenperformancehasdegraded.ItisalsointendedasaguideforobtainingandreportingRamanspectra.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificprecautions,see7.2.1.1.2Becauseofthesignificantdangersassociatedwiththeuseoflasers,ANSIZ136.1shouldbefollowedinconjunctionwiththispractice.
